Susan T. Viguers is an artist, teacher and writer. She served as Director of the MFA Book Arts and Printmaking Program at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where she also taught for several decades. 

Susan’s artist’s books have been shown internationally and are part of public and private collections. She is co-author of Healing from Genocide in Rwanda: Rugerero Survivors Village, an Artist Book (New Village Press, 2021) with artist Lily Yeh. 

Susan has a PhD in English from Bryn Mawr College. Her diverse work ranges from non-fiction and poetry publishing to criticism and research in Renaissance drama, children’s literature, and artists’ books. She lives in Philadelphia.
