William Reichard

 

Portrait of William ReichardWilliam Reichard (1963–) is a writer, editor, and educator. He is editor of American Tensions: Literature of Identity and the Search for Social Justice (New Village Press, 2011), an anthology of contemporary writing exploring issues of identity, oppression, injustice, and social change.

He is the author of six collections of poetry: The Night Horse: New and Selected Poems (Brighthorse Books, 2018); Two Men Rowing Madly Toward Infinity (Broadstone Books, 2016); Sin Eater (Mid-List Press, 2010); This Brightness: Poems (Mid-List Press, 2007); How To: Poems (Mid-List Press, 2004), and An Alchemy in the Bones: Poems (New Rivers Press, 1999). 

Reichard’s most recent book is Our Delicate Barricades Downed (Broadstone Books, 2021). He teaches as Adjunct Faculty at Inver Hills Community College and lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
